Franco Impellizzeri
There would be no better way to kick-off the hostilities with no other than the one and only Dr. Franco Impellizzeri.
Franco is (bias alert) one of the main people I find interesting to read/listen when it comes to scientific methodological issues.
With a very strong background from philosophy, he provides us with a unique insight on the problems associated with some research methods, always defying our most well-established and preconceived ideas.
In this (not so) short conversation - still with a lot of questions left - Franco discussed the need for clinicians to have a skeptical and critical mindset, provided some tips to enhance our bidirectional communication and ended up suggesting some of the most important recommendations for young clinicians/coaches, all while discussing KPI in our daily work, his own course in Sydney and, unexpectedly, mentioning Karl Popper in a SEM conversation; the kind of issues with should be addressing way more often.
I also provide the audio version, in case it's easier to follow.
I hope you enjoy and I send my most grateful thank you to Franco for the availability.
